Approximately 10 percent of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor receive the award.
To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

The hotel has 14 luxury rooms, as well as a Presidential Suite, which all include an English Continental Breakfast, flat-screen TVs, full bouquet of DSTV channels and the option of under-floor heating or a fireplace. The hotel has various boardrooms and, from midday, guests are served the signature Deli Lunch.
The outside area allows guests to soak up the warmth of the African sun beside the sparkling pool.
