mfsa calls for Marketing Excellence Awards 2005 nominees
The Marketing Federation of South Africa (mfsa) is seeking nominations for the 2005 National and Regional Marketing Excellence Awards. The awards are a celebration of excellence in the field of marketing and have, since 1962, served as an industry benchmark. Past winners, both individuals and organisations, have contributed significantly to the furthering of marketing excellence in southern Africa, and have also served as valuable role models.
Dee Blackie, executive chair of the mfsa, says this year's Marketing Excellence Awards have been divided into three main categories, including
The Marketing Excellence Awards are aimed at Marketers in brand organisations, marketing consultants and agencies. There is no cost to nominate an individual of company for the Marketing Leadership Excellence category, and the mfsa are charging a small administration fee of R500 per entry for the Direct Marketing and Marketing Implementation Excellence awards to ensure accessibility to large and most importantly smaller organisations.
"We have tried to keep entry or administration costs extremely low to encourage as much participation in this event as possible. We look forward to receiving your entries and to taking another step forward in the celebration of marketing and branding excellence on our continent," says Blackie.
All entries must be submitted by 31 July 2005. The National Awards will take place in Johannesburg on 15 September 2005.
