Krenski will spend the initial three months on a comprehensive induction programme before taking over the role in Cape Town on 1 February 2011. He started his career at Robertson's as the marketing director of its household division and then led its homecare division. Following the acquisition of the company by Unilever, he joined its personal care business. After a successful turnaround in this category, he was appointed as the VP for the Global Oral Care Innovation Centre based in Milan, Italy. In addition to his global brand development responsibilities, he was also responsible for the European and Asian oral care business.
