The November issue has a full-length image of her on the cover, which supports the aptly themed 'body' issue.

Editor Jackie Burger directed the cover shoot with fashion director Chris Viljoen and renowned photographer Gerda Genis, who has captured a host of international and local celebrities including Claudia Schiffer, Charlize Theron and Jenna Dover, shot Haywood.

"The Elle woman embodies a sexy, spirited energy and Gerda captured this perfect spontaneous moment," says Burger. "And with '80s fashion trends re-emerging, micro minis, towering heels and bodycon shapes - Vanessa has the perfect attributes to flaunt this fashion statement."
