The new Durban branch, situated in the city centre, will offer all of Mictert's fieldwork-related processes, such as moderating, interviewing, coding, translating, transcribing and recruiting. Clients will also be able to do briefings with the fieldforce handling their projects, as well as sit in on focus groups.
