Logitech's new level of gaming keyboard
Logitech is launching its latest gaming keyboard, the G110, which is said to enable users to personalise their setup, communicate more effectively, and execute complex commands easily.
The Logitech Gaming Keyboard G110 comes with backlighting in customizable colours, allowing for easy location of the right keys, even in the dark. Gamers can configure up to 36 single key presses or intricate macros per game on the programmable G-keys, and use the MR key to record new macros on the fly.
Integrated USB audio makes it easy to strategise with teammates or trash-talk enemies; while the Hi-Speed USB 2.0 hub port on the keyboard allows for direct connection to a gaming mouse or other peripherals. And, to avoid accidentally exiting a game, the Windows/Context Menu keys can be disabled with the game/desktop mode switch.
The Logitech Gaming Keyboard G110 is expected to be available in EMEA in January 2010, for a suggested retail price of R999.99.
