Held at the Isola restaurant, The One&Only, the winners are selected using results from the Mystery Shopper Survey conducted independently by property research company, Urban Studies. Each tenant (over 600 in total) are rated by mystery shoppers who score them against quality measurement criteria which include the level of visual merchandise seen in-store, sale assistant’s availability and willingness to help, product knowledge of sales assistant and range of stock available.
“At the V&A Waterfront, the heart of who we are is to treat our visitors to memorable experiences every time they are here. Visitor interactions with our stores are vital experiences of the V&A, therefore sales assistants are particularly powerful ambassadors for us. We make a point of annually rewarding tenants who adopt a customer-centric attitude and set the standard for service excellence throughout the property,” said Alex Kabalin, retail executive at the V&A Waterfront.
