Brewster toasts SAB premium brands
After winning the account to launch premium Italian beer Peroni Nastro Azzurro last year, Marcus Brewster Publicity has signed up the entire South African Breweries Limited stable of premium beer brands.
The six brands which Brewster will manage through 2006 include Amstel, the largest premium beer brand in SA, Castle Lite, Sterling Light Lager, Miller Genuine Draft, Pilsner Urquell and Peroni.
The agency will be responsible for media liaison and for leveraging publicity off a variety of brand activations nationally.
Comments Brewster, "The SAB client gain reflects the agency's skill set in the eminent domain of market-leading and premium brands." Marcus Brewster Publicity also handles Marlboro, Louis Vuitton and FHM and won a brace of consumer marketing trophies at last year's PRISM Awards for campaigns on the latter two. The agency also announced the launch of a financial PR practice last month.
The SAB business is managed out of Brewster's Gauteng office under account director Hein Kaiser.
