Mvela Group makes offer for Avusa

In a joint announcement by Avusa Limited and Mvelaphanda Group Limited, the latter has announced a firm intention by Mvela Group to make an offer to Avusa Limited.

The offer is being made through Mvela Group's wholly owned subsidiary Richtrau, to acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Avusa that it does not already beneficially own.
