IOL: SABC has plan to repay its debt… The national broadcaster apparently has a plan to pay the monies that it owes; it also intends contesting a R1bn contract, and meanwhile has applied for a five-year R1.4bn guarantee from the government. This would allow it to borrow money from institutions.
