All in a day's work for corporate publication practitioners

The SA Publication Forum is a network aimed at corporate publication practitioners in particular and communication specialists in general.

The line-up of speakers include:

• Ben Nkosi, executive chairman of the MediaShop on transformation in the communication industry,
• Paul Venter, editor of the Edgars Club magazine on customer publications,
• Barry Ronge on columns and humour, and
• Muzi Kuzwayo, advertising guru and author on marketing through mud and dust, his book on marketing to different audiences.

Other themes covered include Bizcommunity.com editor Louise Marsland on communicating with external media; as well as presentations on stock photography, paper, profile writing and branding.

The Forum has presented the Corporate Publication Competition for the past four years. The award ceremony of this year's competition will form part of the conference and will be held on 22 August. This year, close on 110 corporates, agencies and organisations have entered their publications.
