This year's Amasa Channel Strategy Workshop is geared to equip delegates with the understanding of the principles of channel planning and to understand the media process. Taking place from 12 - 15 July at Devon Valley Hotel in Stellenbosch, the 'Amandla Amasa! Workshop 2006' will bring the knowledge of some of SA's most experienced advertising and media players to delegates.

The workshop boasts key speakers such as: Mike Schalit, chief creative, Net#work BBDO; Julie Aimsbury, MD Nota Bene (former regional director for Asia Pacific Mediaedge CIA); Greg Potterton, co-founder of Instant Grass; Bryan Gibson from Ogilvy; Gordon Muller, independent media consultant; and John Cooney, principal of the Red & Yellow School of Advertising.

The workshop will offer delegates invaluable insights into the changing advertising market, essential media planning principles and know-how, evaluating - and neutralising - competitors, and how to get creative with media knowledge.
