Ernst Swart joins Pendoring Advertising Awards
Ernst Swart is the new communications and publicity manager for the Pendoring Advertising Awards, replacing Wilma de Bruin who joined the Awards as publicist at its inception in 1994, a role she filled intermittently for 14 years.

A qualified copywriter, Swart graduated from the AAA School of Advertising in 2005. He started his career at consumer magazines such as Insig and TVPlus, making his mark in both advertising and media. He is currently also publicity manager of the TV series Binneland on kykNET and in the past two years has undertaken various other projects for the growing Afrikaans channel on DStv.
Pendoring general manager, Franette Klerck, says, "De Bruin's departure leaves a void. She will be sorely missed but at the same time, we wish her all the best for the future. After serving the advertising and media industries for many years, she deserves the opportunity to enjoy more time with her family."
