"Nina feels that conflicting interests have rendered her position untenable. I and the ACA Vice-Chairpersons have had meetings with her to discuss her resignation and have come to the conclusion that we must respect her decision," Mouyeme emphasised.
"The ACA will be implementing key projects to transform the industry and Nina's resignation comes at a time when we need her most. Nina has however, committed to assist the ACA to achieve a smooth transition until a replacement for her position is found.
"On behalf of the ACA we wish to thank Nina de Klerk for her sustained, valuable inputs to our industry and we wish her well on her future endeavours," Mouyeme's statement concluded.
