Mabandla previously worked for TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris as a Human Resource Manager and returns to TBWA\ South Africa, having gained further experience at 702 Talk Radio and Gauteng Cricket, as well as First National Bank in a group role.
Mike Bosman, CEO of TBWA\South Africa says: "Unati has a wealth of experience, obtained in various different arenas. Her expertise is set to benefit the group greatly."
In addition to her new role as Group Organisational Development Director, Mabandla has also taken up a place in TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris's newly-created, four-member Development Task Force, established in February in order to drive empowerment, development and transformation for the agency. Mabandla also sits on the TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris board.
"I am excited and honoured that I have the chance to help shape the future of an internationally-respected communications group and look forward to working closely and building relationships with all the companies. It is a great challenge to be able to identify pro-active ways to drive this business forward especially within the context of historical change in South Africa," says Mabandla.
