Ogilvy Africa’s torch shines brightly at Multilympics

Ogilvy Africa's contribution towards the development of tactical creative work on behalf of DStv in Africa has been recognised by MultiChoice Africa with the awarding of three Multilympics awards as part of its annual conference held recently at Spier in the Western Cape.

The awards identify excellence and compliance with the DStv advertising corporate identity, look and feel. This is the first year that MultiChoice has recognised and awarded the agencies local creativity. 
 
"We are pleased with these awards. It is a clear recognition by our client of the efforts the network has made in helping develop their brand across the continent. It is also positive confirmation of our strategy to grow the network to continuously support clients as they expand into Africa," says Ogilvy Africa director Guy Dennison.   
 
The following awards were made:
-- Special mentions: Moringa, Uganda and Ogilvy Kenya.
-- Bronze: Cactus, Ethiopia.
-- Silver: Pangolim Publicidade, Mozambique.
-- Gold: Prima Garnet, Nigeria.
