For the fourth consecutive year, BMW has been awarded the title of Engine of the Year at the International Engine of the Year Awards. BMW has won this overall title six times since 1999 and has reportedly taken home 10 times more Engine of the Year Awards than any other luxury car manufacturer worldwide. BMW has also dominated the awards by winning six of the 10 categories.
