Both will work in partnership with CEO Ann Nurock.

Davids comes with a wealth of experience from a variety of clients focusing on creating communications programmes on a project by project basis. She has experience in both government and private sector communications and has worked on mega-projects such as the World Summit on Sustainable Development, where she was spokesperson for the organisation and charged with delivery of the event.

She leaves behind a successful live experiential marketing agency, The Collective, to join the Grey Group. Her experience in below-the-line and brand activation implementation should greatly assist the agency in delivering through-the-line solutions for clients.

Nurock says Grey is very excited about the appointment “as she will bring a strong focus on transformation within the company, increasing our commitment to BEE and actively increasing our credentials in this regard.”

Comments Davids, “Only through relevant and meaningful transformation and immersing ourselves in our markets and our clients can Grey achieve its full growth potential.”

Grey aims to grow its brand activation division to ensure that it further entrenches itself through the use of non-traditional media platforms and outstanding creativity.

“I am excited to commence this journey working within a big agency and working closely with Ann and her fantastic team. I believe the partnership will be good for all involved and will specifically be excellent of the agency's clients,” concludes Davids
