    Get qualified with AMASA and AAA

    Applications are now open for the AAA School's annual media management course in Cape Town, which runs from June to October 2006. The course is for those wanting to gain a solid grounding and knowledge of media channel planning, strategy and the SA media landscape.

    Its aim is to provide knowledge of all aspects of media, including the advantages and disadvantages of each media channel and the ability to develop a full media plan and strategy for a client or agency.

    The course is specifically designed for full-time brand managers, agency account executives/managers, media owner sales staff, junior media planners and media buyers who require a greater understanding of media strategy to improve current work status.

    Apart from theory, the course includes exercises, projects, team work, two tests and a final exam. Official certificates of this qualification are given upon completion.

    Lecturers include senior industry media directors, strategists and industry players.
