Singhing for their supper
After an extensive agency search and thorough pitch process, fashion retailer Truworths has selected the brand new Cape Town agency, singh&sons, as its primary advertising partner. Founded by senior Cape Town ad people Roger Paulse, PJ Kensley, Gavin Levinsohn and Adeshia Singh, singh&sons will work collaboratively and closely with Truworths' marketing department and internal studio to take the brand forward.
Says Levinsohn, singh&sons' MD, "We are elated. We have just opened and Truworths was our first pitch. So we're one for one.
"It's great to have our new venture validated by one of South Africa's great fashion brands. It takes courage for an established marketer to go with a new player, no matter how experienced the partners of the new venture are. That said, we will reward them for it," he concludes.
