Pick n Pay has selected Workday human capital management to help digitalise its employee practices.

Workday will allow Pick n Pay to provide managers with insights into their teams and enable them to better measure performance, recognise and develop top talent and align skill sets with roles. The retailer's employees will also be able to access information and take action from anywhere and at any time.
