VACANCY - BRANCH MANAGER – PRETORIA

International Slab Sales (Pty) Ltd, a leading supplier of premium surface solutions, is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Branch Manager to lead the Pretoria operation.

This role is ideal for a strong female leader who understands the construction, architecture, interior design, stone, tile, countertops, kitchens, bathrooms, or related industries and enjoys managing people, driving sales, building client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

What are the responsibilities

As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the Pretoria branch, including:
• Sales growth and business development• Building relationships with fabricators, kitchen companies, designers and contractors.• Customer service and client satisfaction• Branch operations and stock control• Team leadership, performance management and staff development• Credit control and cash management• Budget management and operational planning• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety standards
Essential Requirements
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (speak, read and write) • Minimum 5 years' management experience within the industry, namely, construction, architectural, interior design, home finishes, stone, tile, kitchen, bathroom or related industry • Strong sales and business development ability• Proven people management experience • Fully Computer literate (MS Office) • Well-presented and professional • Residing in Pretoria or surrounding areas 
Advantageous Requirements
• Qualification in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or Public Relations • Experience working with fabricators, kitchen companies, interior designers and contractors • Experience using Navision or similar ERP systems
