Vehicle Sales Executive

We help everyday South Africans—including the self-employed, blacklisted, or those with low credit scores—drive the vehicle they need through our flexible, all-inclusive rent-to-own solutions.We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Vehicle Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming leads and client inquiries regarding our rent-to-own finance solutions.
• Conduct initial client screening and document collection (payslips, bank statements, FICA) to verify eligibility.
• Match clients with suitable vehicles from our extensive stock list based on their budget and needs.
• Guide customers seamlessly through the pre-approval, contract, and vehicle handover process.
• Build strong working relationships with partnering dealerships and suppliers.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidate requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of successful sales experience in motor vehicle sales, asset finance, or rent-to-own solutions.
• Licensing: Valid South African driver’s license.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and high attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office, email, and basic CRM systems.
• Mindset: Goal-orientated, empathetic, and passionate about helping clients secure reliable transportation.
