Senior Producer - Video, Audio Visual and TV

Our Client, a global Multi-award-winning film, TV, Video & Audio visual production company, is on the hunt for a detail-obsessed, articulate, and incredibly organised Senior Producer with a passion for producing world-class content, managing multiple concurrent productions seamlessly, and leading teams with confidence and heart.

This super hardworking individual must have a proven track record in the Corporate, Television, Multicam, and Eventing sectors. In addition to running high-end productions, this role will also serve as the second-in-command (2IC) to the CEO, playing a critical part in driving strategic growth and ensuring operational excellence across all projects.

The successful candidate will:

• Serve as lead Client Liaison, ensuring client expectations are clearly understood and exceeded
• Interpret client briefs and translate them into deliverable action plans
• Manage and lead the production teams across multiple simultaneous projects
• Source and negotiate supplier quotations
• Coordinate crew, equipment, travel, accommodation, catering, and logistics
• Create and manage detailed production schedules and call sheets
• Oversee the post-production process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Develop and manage production budgets and financial tracking
• Lead internal production meetings, client status meetings, and contractor briefings
• Ensure quality control across all stages of production
• Identify and manage potential production risks
• Strategically support the CEO in production planning and delivery
• Provide daily production and financial status reports to the CEO
• Contribute to the creative process and help shape production innovation
• Oversee resource allocation (crew, gear, budget) across productions

• Prior full-time production experience is essential
• Leadership: Strong team management with experience
