Midweight Production Manager - Video, Audio Visual and TVC's

Our client, a global multi-award-winning Film, TV, Video and audio visual production company, is on the hunt for an incredibly organised, passionate, and dynamic Production Manager ready to lead high-end productions from concept to delivery.

The person will be hard-working, detail-obsessed, and articulate individual to join their fast-paced team. With a reputation for producing top-tier content for the corporate, television, and eventing sectors, they're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, manages with finesse, and leads with confidence.

As a senior production manager, you will be responsible for:

• Client Liaison and Relationship Management
• Interpreting and executing detailed client briefs
• Drafting professional call sheets
• Sourcing, negotiating, and securing quotes from suppliers
• Booking crew, equipment, travel, venues, and catering
• Overseeing complex production scheduling
• Managing and motivating a production team
• Overseeing post-production coordination
• Handling production budgets and cost controls

Experience and requirements

• 7–10 years’ experience in production across multiple genres: reality, multi-Cam productions, events, corporate and TVCs
• A natural people's person with excellent communication and conversational skills
• A proven track record of juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, production tools)
• Meticulous attention to detail with high standards for quality control
• A committed, hardworking attitude and a passion for the industry
• A drive to create magic and grow with a company that’s always pushing boundaries

• Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
