    The role

    We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for our clients across the UK.

    You’ll partner directly with business owners, founders, and C-suite leaders to understand their needs, source and allocate exceptional talent, and deliver a consistently high-quality experience end to end. 

    This is a role for someone who loves recruitment in its true sense - relationship-led, insight-driven, fast-moving, and impactful.

    What you’ll do
    • Take full ownership of the recruitment cycle, from client brief to offer acceptance and post-hire check-ins.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted recruitment partner.
    • Proactively identify new business opportunities within our ICP through outreach, networking, and relationship building.
    • Source top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networks, and creative search techniques.
    • Conduct thorough interviews assessing technical capability, behavioural and cultural fit.
    • Manage all negotiation points between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth offer process, and guiding candidates through the resignation process and counteroffer scenarios
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the UK and SA markets, becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates on market conditions, salary expectations, and job market shifts.
    • Provide regular, data-driven recruitment updates to clients, adapting strategies as needed.
    • Maintain accurate, audit-ready recruitment documentation and ATS records.
    • Act as an ambassador for the Outsourcery brand through all client and candidate touchpoints.
    • Collaborate with internal teams - including allocations, recruitment, and product - to ensure quality staff placements while feeding market and client insights back into the business.


    Requirements

    • Degree or Diploma, with 5+ years’ proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
    • Experience partnering directly with high-level, executive, and C-suite clients.
    • Strong ATS management skills, with bonus points for Zoho Recruit.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
    • Proficiency in modern sourcing techniques with a strong track record of successful placements.
    • Ability to juggle and deliver on 8–10 active recruitment briefs at a time without compromising quality.
    • A natural relationship builder who can manage multiple stakeholders with confidence and care.
    • A strategic thinker with a knack for spotting exceptional talent that others overlook.
