I Kenny as C.E.O of the KSS I have a big experience in security industry. I have worked with different companies that have differed approach on this industry, that made me fully equipped and understand what the industry is all about.
I started working as a guard working for Phepheng security working at Morula Sun International and was promoted to assistance supervisor. I went to work for Urban Protection Service based in Pretoria Noord, I worked as a senior controller my duties where to make sure booking are done correctly and monitor the supervisors and the guards if they perform they're duties to our clients satisfaction, I also did marketing for the same company which I successfully brought several clients to the company. I worked for Maxi Security, I started as a guard and was promoted to a charge office controller and I was promoted to commander and I was promoted to site manager which I did my job very good. At the later stage I was approached by Maxi management about a transfer offer. I was transferred to Witbank as an area supervisor and I was promoted to Area manager, my duties where to make sure the operation goes smooth to the satisfaction of our client and doing all the necessary duties of a manager.
I worked for TKN MPENDULO COMPANY as a manager for the bouncer providing protection service to celebrities, MP's, kings of the rural villages in Mpumalanga, musicians on events like jazz festivals, battle of the DJ's, music festivals and other private special events which where operated and handled in a good way
