Company Overview
Introduction
MSC, Management System Consultants cc was established by Theuns Botha in 1999 and registered in 2000, after he has been in the Quality field and on Senior Management level for 18 years.
Initially the name was "Foundation for Quality Learning Institute" but it changed to Management System Consultants in 2005 when Theuns integrated his Consulting Company, T&S Quality Services with Foundation for Quality Learning Institute.
Based on the training and consulting background, Management System Consultants has two main focus areas, namely:
• SHEQ Consulting
• SHEQ Training
The Company is a BBBEE company, rated as a level 4 contributor.
We are also proud to be an approved provider for the Small Enterprise Development Association (SEDA). (Supplier Registration number is: MSCMA 001) that is associated with the Department of Trade and Industry.
Once again, the Company keeps overhead costs down by not maintaining lecture facilities, but rather renting facilities as and when required or using the Client's facilities. For this reason the Company is able to present courses to small groups of as little as seven learners at a time.
Qualifications and Experience
The combined education and training of the employees of Management System Consultants are:
• MDP in General Management (UNISA),
• Quality Engineer. (American Society of Quality
• Certificate in Quality (City and Guilds of London)
• Configuration Management (International Society of Configuration Management)
• Auditor for ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Implementation
• Health and Safety Representative
• Trouble Shooting for Quality and Cost Improvement
• Quality Circles Facilitator
• Investment in Excellence
• Kaizan
• Master Production Scheduling
• SHE Risk Assessments
• Electrical Mechanical Trade
The Consultants and Trainers all have academic knowledge and practical experience in the different fields where they are utilized.
