My capability is that I have good communication skills that enable me to communicate with people in all levels. I have good administrative skills that enable me to organize and coordinate all admin tasks for my department. I also have the ability to work under pressure, the ability to adapt to new environments and a quick absorber as well. I cooperate well with others, which makes me a good team player and helps improve my interpersonal skills.
I acknowledge challenges, as they are opportunities to learn, grow and develop. Therefore, to be given a chance to gain necessary experience and a chance to perform my capabilities will assist me in growth, improvement and development to prepare me for senior level positions.
