I Monica R. Bolofo wishing to apply for the available position at your Organization in the Human Resources Industry.
I am currently in a possession of completing my Diploma in Human Recourses Management, but I'm Left with 1subject to complete my Diploma which I'm studying part time.
The reason I chose this career is because, I am ambitious. enthusiastic and very dedicated individual, who is also very responsible and being responsible has made me an accountable person and career in your department is the one which best suited me .Hr is a services provider to the management, it deals with all the levels of people in the organisation. As I'm extrovert in character i like to deal with people ,I'm very interested in finding fault and solving problems, as i am currently doing the job I have learned a lots such as working with people, attending every queries that may arise in the department, gain a lots of confidents, patients, can also be able to identify the employee 's attitude and action
I have excellent drafting skills, excellent in communication skills (written and verbal),I can work under pressure I have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with team hence I have been able to participate fruitfully working as an Admitting Clerk at Poly Clinic and at Mandeni Municipality as a Hr Clerk, accurately making sure that confidentiality at all the times .Hard working individual, willing to learn, dedicated to my work. Being exposed to the above mentioned activities have equipped me with the necessary leadership skills and ability to participate in team work
At the moment I am Currently employed as a Human Resources Clerk Temporary at Mandeni Local Municipality from 22 July up to 22 October , and it where I did my In-Services Trainee for 9months at the same company.
