Recruitment/ Business Development Consultant

Duties:

Shortlisting for the client and getting potential candidates according to job specification criteria
• Interviewing of candidates (Junior to executive level)
• Marketing of new and available candidates to clients
• Advertising for new candidates
• Ensuring that the candidatess criminal record and reference has been checked correctly
• Liaising with clients to meet their particular needs and requirements
• Negotiating with clients and candidates on offer of employment
• Cold calling
• Negotiating with new clients in discussing fees, terms and conditions etc.
• Business development : marketing the company in order to secure new business
• Setting targets for each month and ensuring targets are met
• Uploading the candidates and clients on our database
• Doing company administration
• Advertising vacancies on job portals for example PNET, Gumtree and company website
