I provided leadership that drove the total store KPI's with specific ownership for the Product lifecycle (product/ space mapping on sales floor and Back of House), Visual lifecycle (Brand Guide planning and mapping,Guide Execution, Selldowns, Promotions, Marketing and Window Executions), operations of the store including controllables, workforce management, facilities management, staffing and cash wrap. I developed and executed short-term action plans and long-term strategies.
