I facilitated the whole internship recruitment process for 2015. Recruited more the 20 positions within the organisation single handed across Finance, operations, IT, marketing, HR and call center. Formulated and executed all wellness and social events on annual basis. Reported on a monthly basis access reports.
Knowledgeable and experience in the field of recruitment and selection, people and organisational wellness, employee management and documentation, assist with the developing and implementation of policies and processes, reporting on employment equity and BBBEE and also key HR events.
