I think that I would be a good candidate for this vacancy as I hold the following core competency skills. I have an excellent command of the English language both verbal and written. My years in the Client Support Centre both at Nedbank and Investec have allowed me to gain excellent telephone skills.

I am computer-literate and have intermediate knowledge and working of the following Microsoft programmes Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

I have strong work ethic and have really good problem-solving abilities; my passion for outstanding client service is second to none. I am an Intelligent, enthusiastic, dynamic, driven and flexible young woman, who can work well both as an individual and as part of a team,

Always take ownership of a task that has been assigned to me and ensure that one always under promises yet over delivers.

Lastly I am self motivated, show initiative and think outside the box (lateral thinker). I enjoy a challenge and most importantly never afraid to ask for help when help is needed. Fast learner and also have a great thirst for knowledge.

I feel that I would be an asset to any organisation.
