Main Responsibilities To administer the supply chain, acquisition and logical processes.

The main responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
• Receive approved manual purchase requisition from the Demand Management Officer
• RFQ sent and followed up
• Match quotations received with manual purchase requisitions
• Prepare pack for evaluation by the Manager(s) and End-User(s)
• Identify prepayment requests and notify the BMS Requestors
• Identify the deviation and notify the Deviation Officer
• Attend to End-Users and suppliers/service providers queries
• Maintain a filing system for supply chain activities
• Assist in the capturing and maintaining of supplier database
• Report weekly to the SCM

Occupation Asset Controller
Main responsibilities Co-ordinate and control asset management in the Department to ensure that correct policies and procedures are adhered with regards to asset management and to ensure the safekeeping of the company's assets.

The main responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
• Physical verification of assets (moveable and non-moveable assets)
• Barcode assets and file documents for audit trail
• Provides the Finance Analyst with confirmation of receipt (for example, asset, service, disconnect, and so on)
• Sock-taking
• Inventory

Main Responsibilities Assist clients with the registering companies

The main responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
• Compile training manuals for workshops
• Attend events/seminars and raise awareness on entrepreneurship and youth development
• Hold entrepreneurial workshops and training
