The company was founded in 2008 by Venessa Templeton who personally manages the day to day running of the business. We have a national base of clients and a large database of qualified candidates with various skills sets. HeadsUp offers a special focus on IT recruitment; we do permanent placements as well as contract. Our offering also includes general recruitment in other areas of business eg: sales & marketing, administration and finance. We have a team of experienced freelance recruiters based in Cape Town and Johannesburg that are able to service the base of clients nationally, each specializing in a certain area of business.
