. I am currently working as human resource admin officer.
I am the kind of person who is dedicated, creative, highly motivated and enjoys
working as a team and do my best without supervision after being given a task
that will channel my duty and responsibility to success. I believe that I can
make a positive contribution with the administrative skill, communication and
computer literacy that I have.
I am currently working for Molteno institute for Language and literacy as a human resource admin Officer.
I am a hard worker and a self starter who understands exactly what a project is all about from the outset and how to get it done quickly and effectively. I understand and love working as a team, understand the pros and co's of working in big companies, with dynamic people.
I am goal orientated, creative, and punctual and dedicated to my work. I understand what business is all about and well organized. I am quite aware of the bottom line.
My working experience has taught me to be responsible person, this in turn made me a leader that I am today, built my confidence and at the same time, gave me the chance to interact with the people I work with for the betterment of the company.
I have learnt that whatever mistake I make, any challenges that I encounter, any criticism that comes my way and any situation that I find myself in, must be put to use as a challenge to improve and better myself for future.
I also learnt that the skills and information I acquire are not mine to keep but pass on to other people as this teaches me to value and better my job.
On the interpersonal side, I have good verbal communication skills and also get along well with colleagues.
I want to take up new challenges because of my desire to learn and grow further. I feel I will be an asset to your organization.
