Turnaround times:

Our transcription turnaround time is flexible depending on the urgency of the transcripts and the quality of the audio. Our turnaround time for a regular transcript of not more than 50 pages is 72 to 96 hours (3-4 working days). For rush/urgent Turnaround times, 24-48 hours (1-2 working days). Our services are highly appreciated by our clients. Moreover, we have different turnaround time packages for transcription services designed as per customer's needs. Participants do sometimes get excited, and they speak out of turn in such group discussions and this results to the sound quality not be of the highest standards. And again, since the recordings include the noise created by the shuffling of paper, and participants coughing, laughing etc. Group-cluttered and Inaudible audio recordings would have longer turnaround time to ensure quality. However, our experience comes handy in completing the assignment to our clients' satisfaction.
Charges:
Transcription: We bill our clients not for the duration of the audio recording because this can sometimes be very unfair to them; some of the recordings are long but the there is less talking and long breaks taken between each person talking. In addition, some recordings have exercises, adverts viewing, or video watching while the tape/recording is running, which cannot be transcribed in to details. Therefore, we bill our clients according to the work we have done for them, which would be per page / per word transcribed options.
Translation: Per word / per page options.
We have a very cost effective and cheerful pricing structure based on the quality categorization of recording for transcribing audio. For regular turnaround time of 72 to 96 hours (3-4 working days) for Rush Turnaround times, 24-48 hours (1-2 working days) of delivery depending on the length of the transcript. There will be an additional charge of 30%. This cost effective pricing does in no way we compromise on our promised quality standards. An extra charge will apply to Group-cluttered and Inaudible audio recordings
