I am a full time abour consultant, with clients in all diferent sectors such as wholesale and retail, motor industry, metl and enginering, hotel and catering, restaurant industry, manuacturing, road freight and transport and securty, for 12 years. I deal with all HR duties such as drafting and implemetng contracts, disciplinary codes and procedures, warnings, discipliary enquiries, strikes and lock outs, union negotiations and dealings, interviews, CCMA, Bargaining Council and Labour Court representations, employment equity, grievances etc
