My name is Stephen Lear and my experience and credentials in coaching and consulting include many years international management consulting experience in health systems strengthening and institutional development; coaching and mentoring of a wide range of local and international clients; project management of a wide variety of IT, finance, strategy, grant management, restructuring and procurement projects; and direct work experience with a variety of development organisations and consulting companies including the World Bank, Global Fund, Deloitte & Touche and Crown Agents.
