Most of my skills and expertise were gained whilst working for the Earl & Countess of March, organising / running and hosting some of the world's most exciting & luxurious motor racing events, held mainly in the UK at Goodwood House.
This position required flexibility, focus, diplomacy, creativity, confidentiality and excellent organisation skills. In addition to remaining calm at all times, as I was often conceptualising, managing, and executing many events simultaneously, often under huge amounts of pressure.
I have much to offer in the way of diverse experiences, in that I have worked in various major industries, Motor racing, Events, Airlines, Government, Retail, and Branding: Within these industries I have had the opportunity to develop excellent communication skills, change management, budget procedures, sound organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail. I am a methodical worker who enjoys working within a team and alone.
In my past and current positions I have gained experience in various research projects, writing reports, designing Power Point presentations, maintaining the monthly budget, supplier/ client liaison, crisis management, and website and social media up-dates.
I have excellent customer service skills and a positive 'energetic can-do attitude' and much more. Combine all of this experience with my natural talents (writing, reading, problem solving, and creativity) and with my work ethic, you have a well-rounded and balanced candidate.
In all of the previous positions I have held, I have approached them as opportunities for career advancement and discovery.
