As a hands-on person, with a keen interest in project management and operations I believe that the leaders should set an example and should walk the talk.
I support staff participation, cooperation and synergy to improve work performance.
I am looking forward to a new challenge to learn, teach and coach.
My role as HR & Operations Manager with Tarfeeh LLC was to enhance, improve, motivate and support the most valuable asset of the company in order to increase or improve customer satisfaction and/or production.
The only reason for being in the market is that my services were terminated after the successful opening of a leisure facility in Sharjah, UAE and that the shareholders are of the opinion they can now operate the facility on their own.
