I have 20 plus years' experience In managing projects, departments, teams, PMO and systems in IT in the retail, banking and mobile sectors. I spent 9 years as head of IT for RMCS which operated in the Credit Retail, Mobile Retail, Mobile Network, Insurance and Banking areas. Previously I managed: PMO, system development and operational system support and maintenance in Credit, Risk, Customer Service and Insurance in the Retail and Financial Services Industry within the leading retailers, banks and Insurance companies in SA.
