I envisage myself in a position where I can utilize my Human Resources skills and attributes to a dynamic team. I have extensive skills in HR Operations including HR Administration, recruitment and selection, retrenchment facilitation process.
I have attended Management/Union meetings, Employment Equity meetings and Employees Wellness meetings, where I have acquired the skills of analytical reasoning of management. I also had the opportunity to represent the company at the CCMA successfully. I would relish the opportunity to utilize my analytical skills to contribute to the successful operations of the micro environment.
I'm a good team player, enjoy working with people and understand that we all come from different backgrounds. I also comprehend that we should be mindful of the backgrounds of people, because our backgrounds shape our believe system. I'm passionate about diversity and treating people fair.
I'm an optimistic and trustworthy individual and believe that nothing is impossible. I'm career driven and work well in team as well as individually. I believe we learn from each other and should share our knowledge with our team.

The Employment Equity Act (No.55 of 1998), defines "people with disability" as: "people who have long term or recurring physical or mental impairment which substantially limits their prospects of entry into or advancement in employment".
The Act also defines "reasonable accommodation" as: "any modification or adjustment to a job or to the working environment that will enable a person from a designation group to have access to or participate or advance in employment".
I'm an Albino and am partially sighted. My eyes are light and colour sensitive, and my left eye vision is lower then my right eye. I would need a screen reader called Zoom text, as well as a Zoom Text keyboard, to be productive in the workplace. This would enable me to read easier whatever is on the screen and on the keyboard. This is the reasonable accommodation I would require in the workplace.
