Show profile Hide profileI have worked in the NGO space for 7 years. I have a degree in Business and am currently completing a post graduate qualification in the field as well. I also have a background of project management. My current position is one of looking for new ways of doing things, forming and maintaining co-dependent partnering opportunities and overseeing smaller projects. Keeping abreast of technology is high on my agenda as I want my knowledge to remain relevant. I am a high level performer when I am clear on the structure and clarity of my mission. I thrive on the sense of having actually achieved something during that work day and to have made a difference. I enjoy seeing ideas come to life and having the ability to think outside of the box and freedom to do so. I am a person of great discipline and patience and give everything I attempt my 100%, even if it means having to micro manage specific situations to get them just right. I am highly capable of juggling several tasks at the same time, having simultaneously worked for 3 Executives as an Executive Assistant. I am looking for a position where there is room for growth & learning new things so that I can simulate my mind and am not just doing the same thing every day - it keeps my mind sharp and feeds my intellect. I am not a sit and wait person but a rather let's get our hands dirty and do it person.
