- Utilizing extensive and innovative client & candidate attraction strategies
- Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care
- Source potential candidates according to job specifications
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business, as a key role within
business development

Make use of Sales-force (System program) and remote calls to control and communicate with the administration team, sales team, clients, and applicants/candidates.
Make use of candidate search engines such as: Career Junction, LinkedIN, PNet, Daxtra and Executive Placements.
Communicate and assist candidates with regards to job specs, prepare them for interviews, online assessments, job offers.
CV screening to choose the most applicable candidate for a particular job.
Build Rapport with candidates and team
