I am a highly energetic business man with more than 29 year experience in the Security industry and general management I have been the Managing Director of a number of national and Multi-national companies over the years.
Show profile Hide profileI have over twenty nine years of experience in various capacities in the service industry and I did spend a large portion of my life in the field of general management, I believe that I could bring not only years of valuable knowledge but also an ability to improve an organization's efficiency, financial competence, and vast experience in project management, business growth in organizations with proper planning and strategic focus. In the past, I have served in several corporate companies, including ADT Security which has an international presence. I held the position of Managing Director and was responsible for strategy building and execution of plans, finding new creative talent and having a keen instinct regarding market needs which resulted in a considerable growth of that business in South African. I had always managed to do proper assessments to select a highly competent support structure that I coached and mentored with the objective of creating succession planning for future leadership. This philosophy assisted me in making a success of the companies I managed. In my previous capacities I have liaised with the board of directors; shareholders and was also responsible for a considerable amount of acquisitions that was done in the South African business industry. I also owned an events business as well as a consultancy business.
With my experience I believe I will be able to provide a company with the required leadership and bring a vision for growth and development.
