I also worked at ICASA as Secretary within the Consumer Affairs Division. the Divisions responsible for Complaints handling and Public Awareness and Education. this entails, receipt and acknowledgment of complaints, educating and making consumers aware of their ICT rights.
I therefore assist with administration, procurement, budgeting, making travelling arrangements for the department. Basically ensure a smooth running (day-to-day) within the office.
