I am a senior Change Management and Organisational Development consultant, with a background in corporate, stakeholder and marketing communication,and PR. I have worked in strategic and tactical roles in communication, Change Management, OD, as a research and business analyst, and recently in a Business Transformation Lead role on key account clients and projects including: banking and financial services, mining, civil industrial, technology and telecoms, trade and investment, tourism, supply chain and logistics, environmental management, property development, and Business Process Outsourcing and Offshoring.

My project roles have encompassed: strategy, planning, implementation, project management, stakeholder engagement and coordination, learning and development. As a change lead, I have been responsible for leading the change process, designing and developing interventions, facilitating change dialogue, mobilising stakeholders, monitoring and evaluating change impact, and reporting change effectiveness. Functional roles have included: marketing and brand communications, public relations, stakeholder and internal communication, customer service management.

I have an interest in design thinking, technology disruption and innovation. I am currently pursuing research studies in how the Internet ofThings is shaping the future world of work.

I live in Johannesburg, South Africa, grew up in Switzerland, and speak English, French, German, Italian, some Afrikaans, and a little Spanish.
