More specifically, recruitment agencies. I have gained experience in recruiting for various industries including technical and scientific, supply chain and also graduate recruitment. I then moved into internal recruiting.
My goal is to gain more experience and learn as much as possible in the psychometry field and elements such as internal recruitment, career development and talent management. I plan on enrolling for a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology and later registering as an Industrial Psychologist.
I aspire to become a successful Talent Manager and add as much as possible value to the company.
